It's that time of year again! We can hardly believe it. Christmas is just around the corner, and it is time to start preparing for all that goes into blessing the families of the Sheepfold during the Christmas season. Christmas is a giant undertaking for us and we can use all the hands we can get in order to make Christmas a special experience for our families.
During the Christmas season we need some wonderful volunteers to come alongside our staff to help us celebrate the holiday. We could use help preparing the shelters for Christmas by hanging lights, setting up decorations, preparing Christmas gifts for our families, and much more.
If you'd like to join us for the Christmas fun, we have a mandatory volunteer meeting on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 9:00-10:00 am. Come get informed and involved in the Sheepfold Christmas season. To RSVP for the meeting, simply email our Volunteer Coordinator at Isela@thesheepfold.org or call 714-237-1444.
We cannot wait to hear from you. Merry Christmas!
If you are not able to volunteer and still want to help make this Christmas memorable consider adopting a family. See below for details:
Make a Difference at Christmas...
Adopt A Sheepfold Family
You can make a difference for a shelter family!
Adopting a Family means providing a portion of the gifts a Sheepfold family will receive Christmas morning. When you call or email us, you will be provided with information which includes an AAF number (to protect their identity), ages, sizes and gift suggestions from a family's Wish List.
The deadline to drop off the unwrapped gifts for the AAF program is Monday, Dec. 9th. This allows us enough time to organize, wrap and transport the gifts to the homes for Christmas morning.
Please call 714-237-1444 or email andrea@thesheepfold.org to participate in our Adopt-A-Family program or for more information. You may also check our registry or general Gift List.
