Marica’s Story...

I hope you’re having an amazing day. Exactly 1 year ago one of the most life changing experiences happened in my life and it started with a phone call with The Sheepfold. This phone call led to an interview, and not just that, but an opportunity for a second chance.
Today my children and I celebrate our 1 year anniversary of being at The Sheepfold. We were given not just a chance, but a place we now call home.
I was given the opportunity to go from feeling helpless to hopeful, broken to mended, lost to found, empty to full; but above all knowing that all that was happening was God’s way of telling me "I’ve got you, just be faithful."
I am grateful you took my phone call, interviewed me, but more importantly gave me this chance to be safe and to heal. So much has happened since last year. There is no doubt in my mind God’s hand is in all of this.
Thank you for everything you have done for us, but above all for providing women like myself an opportunity to not lose faith in God or ourselves. I am and will be forever grateful.

Miriam’s Story...
I knew from the time I came to Sheepfold that God is and has always been here. I do not think there would have been a safer place for me and my boys to be at a time like this.
I have been blessed with a new Godly family. I’m at peace and everyone in our home is loving, caring and joyful. I am learning how to look at life through God’s eyes with the help of the Holy Spirit.
My kids are safe and happy. and that makes me happy.
